suggestions to parents on how to support their child

“Autism is a lifelong, developmental disability that affects how a person communicates with and relates to other people, and how they experience the world around them.” (National Autistic Society)

People with Autism see the world in a different way. Each child has individual strengths, is unique and different. Our advisers focus on making suggestions to parents on how to support their child by using various techniques and strategies. The adviser working with the family will provide advice and support parents to have a better  understanding of their child’s difficulties and individual needs. Working in partnership with parents will enable them to think about how best to support their child’s developmental needs, in order to give them the best opportunity to reach their full potential.
